My name is Cindy Rossman and I live with my husband and our little Papillons near the small victorian town of Franklin, in north west Pennsylvania. Franklin is north of Pittsburgh and south of Erie.
I fell in love with the little Papillon dog when my daughter, a groomer, called me to her shop to see this amazing little dog. We both were crazy about him and had to learn more about this breed. I did some research and decided I had to have a Papillon of my own.
A few years later I decided I wanted to try conformation dog shows. I searched for and found a delightful little guy, Wings Ode To Monarch Draco. Thank you Anita Wright for trusting me with this handsome little guy.
We went to conformation classes and then to our first show in January of 2007. I was nervous, Odie was not, he took first in his puppy class and reserve winners. He was only 6 months old!! I couldn't wait for the next show.
. In spite of my lack of knowledge, Odie took his first major a few shows later. Young handler, Marissa, showed and championed Odie in the UKC ring in July of 2008. She has since shown Levi, Dazzle, and Trinket in UKC conformtation shows.
My second Papillon from Anita DRACO JUBILEE AT WIINGS will be my second to show in AKC conformation. I can't thank Anita enough for allowing this beautiful girl to live with us.
I am a Papillon breeder that breeds to the standard. My breeding is limited to just a few puppies a year. My puppies are adopted as pets with a contract for spay or neuter and AKC limited registration. SHOW PUPPIES are available on occasion and will in most cases be co-owned by me until they have finished and if the contract states, I receive a puppy back. If you are interested in a pet of excellant quality or a SHOW puppy, please contact me. I may also on occasion have an adult for sale.
